Who Am I?
Hello, my name is Jennifer. I am a busy mommy of two wonderful children, Anna and Kurtis, and a proud wife. I'm fortunate enough to be able to spend time at home with my family and explore all things cake!
Why I Love to Teach
Teaching basic cake decorating classes provides a wonderful opportunity to share what I have learnt through my training and own experiences as a home baker and cake decorator. Being able to share this skill so others can carry out their own cake inspirations taken from the internet, magazine or bakery window is very rewarding.
What Makes Cake so Very Special
Cake is intertwined in our culture with celebration. From a child's first birthday to a wedding, cake mirrors the individuality of both the creator and the event or person it marks.
My Goal
This website was initially designed to keep my students up to date on class material. However, my ambition now is to have it be a valuable reference source and inspiration for all cake decorating enthusiasts, at any skill level. Please join me on my journey in the art of cake decorating.
